Requesting a return

Call or WhatsApp +974 5006 7900 with your order number, the item and the reason for the request. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Change of mind

For a change-of-mind request, please keep the item unused, complete and in its original packaging. We will confirm whether it can be returned and explain any applicable collection or delivery charge before you proceed. Some items may not be suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons; we will explain this when reviewing your request.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Photos may help us assess the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item is received or assessed, we will confirm the remedy and any refund details. The time for a refund to appear may depend on your payment provider. This policy does not reduce your rights under applicable law in Qatar.
